Ten Franchises, One Auction Room

The league has grown to ten franchises for Season 2, with Jhajjar Jaguars and Kurukshetra Knights joining the established sides Bhiwani Bulls, Rohtak Royals, Karnal Kings, Gurugram Gurus, Sonipat Stars, Panipat Panthers, Faridabad Fighters, and Hisar Heroes. Each franchise will have a new head coach or returning one in place and will already have retained key players, so the auction is where they fill out their squads and chase the final pieces of their plans.

Built on the Trials and a Successful Season 1

The auction follows the Season 2 trials held in Rohtak and Sonipat, which drew a huge turnout of players from across Haryana. It also builds on the success of Season 1, whose auction on December 28, 2025 brought together eight franchises and 128 selected players, with Devank Dalal becoming the most expensive buy. That season ended with Rohtak Royals as champions and sent several KCL players to India’s Asian Games 2026 squad, which won gold. With that record behind it, expectations for the Season 2 auction are high.
